The Process
Step 1: Find What Speaks to You
Take a look at Gaby’s work, and start thinking about what pieces you connect with. She will ask for pictures of 2-4 pieces of her art that you would like to use as a starting point.
Step 2: Pick a Size
Gaby is happy to work with you to determine the perfect size painting for your space! Custom canvas options are available (the sky is the limit - kind of). Also, decide if you want the piece framed!
Step 3: Chose the Colors
Send Gaby any colors you love as a starting point. She will do her artsy-thing to make sure you end up with a beautiful painting, that may involve including some additional colors! Send any color inspiration, pictures of the room that the art will be going in, swatches, paint chips, whatever does (or does not) speak to you!
Step 4: Relax & Enjoy the Process
Creating art together is such a fun experience, clients have loved to see the evolution of their piece from start to finish. You will receive photographs throughout the process and she will ask for your approval of the general composition mid-way through the painting process.
Step 5: Approval & Shipping
Once the piece is complete, Gaby will send it to you for final approval. Two rounds of revisions for minor changes are included in the commission price. The painting is then sealed, varnished, framed (if desired) and carefully shipped to it’s new home for you to enjoy!
